About Dr. Ishu Gupta:
Dr Ishu Gupta is a passionate medical oncologist and haematologist practising in Delhi NCR. He completed his graduation MBBS from VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. Being one of the top students in his class he then pursued his post-graduation in Internal Medicine from the prestigious PGIMER and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. He then worked as a senior resident in the haematology and medical oncology department at Safdarjung Hospital. Dr Gupta completed his post-doctoral super specialization in haematology and medical oncology from HCG Cancer/Ramaiah Medical College and hospitals Bangalore.
He specializes in the management of solid tumours like breast cancer, lung cancer, gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary cancers, prostate cancer, urological and gynaecological cancers, and sarcomas. He also has expertise in the management of haematological malignancies like limb formers, multiple myeloma and chronic leukaemia.
He loves spending time with patients, getting to know them and designing personalized treatments. He stays updated on the rapidly evolving field of cancer medicine and is actively involved in oncology research. He has several publications and frequently presents at several national and international conferences.
He is also an active member of the American Society of clinical Oncologists ( ASCO), as well as the European Society of medical oncology (ESMO).
